Tom Bartolomei – CEO
30+ Years of Experience

Mr. Bartolomei has 30 years of experience in the global power generation and energy sectors spanning P&L leadership, business development, construction/fabrication, M&A, and strategic planning for both equipment- and service-based businesses. Before joining Shermco in 2020, Mr. Bartolomei was President and CEO of NAES Corporation with more than 4,000 employees and six subsidiary companies across North America. NAES is the largest third-party independent O&M service provider to the power generation sector with more than 194 assets under Care Custody and Control. Mr. Bartolomei focused on NAES’ strategic growth through organic and M&A initiatives, operational excellence, and various business development initiatives. He also held prior senior and executive level positions at ABB, Alstom Power, Burns & Roe Enterprises and Eco Power Solutions, an early-stage technology provider of emissions control equipment to the fossil-fuel power generation sector.

He is a passionate mariner and aviator and enjoys downtime being out on water or up in the sky. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Andrew Gay – CFO
30+ Years of Experience

With more than three decades of experience in financial leadership and consulting roles in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia, Andrew Gay serves as Shermco’s chief financial officer. His technical Big 4 chartered accounting background at KPMG is complemented by multinational financial, commercial, IT and treasury experience. His most recent role was Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer at NAES Corporation and before that he held senior roles at URS, Barclays, Vodafone and Australand. He has proven energy, oil and gas, property, high-tech, telecommunications, pulp and paper, manufacturing, and financial services sector expertise.

Mr. Gay holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and a Bachelor of Business in accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Jason Greer has 18 years of experience, 11 of them with Shermco. Mr. Greer is responsible for sales and operations. He is the founder of Shermco’s national account strategy and was instrumental in several organic growth initiatives. He is focused on strategic growth of the company both organically and through acquisitions.

Kim Drake-Loy – Chief Legal and Risk Officer
20+ Years of Experience

Kim Drake-Loy oversees all legal and risk matters for Shermco. With more than 20 years in the residential mortgage industry before joining Shermco, Ms. Drake-Loy has held progressive roles and responsibilities within legal and compliance departments, most recently holding the title of  General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She earned her law degree at Texas Tech School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Trinity University. In addition to her role at Shermco, Ms. Drake-Loy has served as a board member and secretary for Our Friends Place, as board president of the Northeast Tarrant County Texas Tech Alumni Chapter and as a member of the Junior League of Arlington.

Lori Partain – Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

With more than 20 years of diverse industry experience, Lori Partain is responsible for leading all aspects of Shermco’s Human Resource functions and strategies. Before joining Shermco, Ms. Partain was most recently the Vice President, People for the Advisory business segment of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Prior to CBRE, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for Ecolab where she spent almost 10 years leading human resources for divisions of Ecolab’s Industrial Group including energy, water, mining, paper, and food and beverage across 160 countries. Ms. Partain holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in Human Resources from Amberton University.

Jeremy Presnal – Vice President, EHS & Workforce Development
17+ Years of Experience

Jeremy Presnal provides leadership, compliance oversight and strategic direction for Shermco’s pursuit of environmental, health and safety (EHS) excellence as the Vice President of EHS & Workforce Development. His work ensures that the company’s EHS systems, training programs, risk management processes and safe work practices are designed to meet our customers’ requirements and uphold Shermco’s safety values. Mr. Presnal started his career in 2003 in the utility industry and has served the last 10 years in senior and corporate leadership roles. He has a Bachelor of Science in safety management from Indiana State University and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), and Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP).

Brad Wagar has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, 14 of them with Shermco. Mr. Wagar is an Electrical Engineering Technologist, Journeyman Power System Electrician and NETA III Certified Tech. He oversees the production of the Engineering Services Division and Joint Locating Services division for the Canadian division of Shermco.

Lyndall Strunck – Vice President of Operations, United States
12+ Years of Experience

Lyndall Strunck serves as Shermco’s Vice President of Operations for the U.S., where he oversees engineering and field services, including all physical locations and personnel, and provides leadership through strategic operations. Mr. Strunck has more than 12 years of industry experience in the field of power systems engineering, electrical testing and protective relaying.

Todd Stroik – Vice President of Engineering
18 Years of Experience

Todd Stroik manages engineering services and personnel for Shermco as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Stroik is responsible for engineering design and turn-key facility upgrades, managing staff and coordinating with engineering customers. His work focuses on engineering for substation and incoming power, protection and control (relaying), motor and generator control, and power system engineering studies for compliance and system upgrades. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and is also an International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) Level 4 Certified Technician.

Jason Fournier – Senior Vice President, Engineering and Controls
22+ Years of Experience

Jason Fournier leads Shermco’s integrated engineering and controls division that provides specialized services to the company’s portfolio of clients. This group can support the entire project lifecycle including front end development support, detailed design, construction management and other field services, as well as system integration design and fabrication. With more than 22 years of experience, Mr. Fournier brings expertise from the marine engineering field to his strategic roles in the power generation and distribution industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering from the Maine Maritime Academy and an MBA from George Mason University.

Chris Jensen – Vice President, Machine Services Division
28+ Years of Experience

Chris Jensen leads Shermco’s Machine Services Division with more than 28 years of management experience in the energy industry. In this role, he leads the MSD sales team while overseeing day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis and Irving shops and the Wind and Industrial field services teams. MSD provides machinery inspection, testing, and repair services both in the field and shops to customers across North America. Mr. Jensen brings extensive experience with rotating equipment and operational leadership from previous roles at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas, Inc., Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, Ltd., and GE Power. Mr. Jensen started his career with GE Power in Pittsburgh, Pa. as a field engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.

Steve Camber has 35 years of experience, six of them with Shermco. Mr. Camber oversees sales and marketing for Shermco U.S. and previously served as the vice president of sales for engineering services and systems for the Eaton Corporation until his return to Shermco in 2015 as the SVP of Sales, Shermco U.S.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Tom Kennedy is well-rounded with expertise in power system engineering, services and electrical distribution equipment. Mr. Kennedy previously had roles in electrical service technical sales, large project construction sales, as regional sales manager for Industrial and Service segments, as national account director for data centers, and as vice president for national accounts. With Mr. Kennedy’s experience in utility, industrial, commercial and government segments, he is responsible for managing Shermco’s National Account sales strategy.

Tom Tener brings more than 25 years of experience to his role developing long-term strategic business partnerships with Shermco’s customers. He has previous experience leading sales growth in the electrical equipment industry. Mr. Tener strives to create better partnerships between Shermco and the companies that utilize our services from a variety of industries, including oil and gas, utility, automotive, pulp and paper, steel and EPCs.
