Jack Frost serves as the Chief Safety Officer and Senior EHS Vice President at Shermco, bringing decades of experience in safety leadership across the oil & gas, EPC, and electrical industries. Known for his strategic approach to safety management, Jack has a proven track record of implementing initiatives that improve performance while reducing costs. In a previous role, he successfully developed a safety strategy that saved $1.03 million in workers’ compensation costs within a year and achieved record-setting safety performance with the lowest Total Recordable Incident Rates in 2017 and 2018. His focus on building standardized, best-in-class safety programs has established him as a trusted leader in his field.

A Board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Jack is also an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and a Certified TapRooT instructor. Over the past 20 years, he has trained more than 2,000 people in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques, demonstrating his commitment to sharing knowledge and fostering growth. Jack attributes much of his professional success to his strong emphasis on relationships, analytical problem-solving skills, and a relentless drive for excellence.
