Shermco Human Performance Process
This process is based on four critical pillars that we refer to as precepts.
- Things are the way they are because they got that way;
- 84 to 94 % of all mistakes on the job are set up by process, programmatic or organizational issues;
- Employees come to work every day wanting to deliver a good and safe job; and
- The people who do the work are the ones who have the answers.
With these precepts in mind everything we do is done with a belief that it can be improved on and thereby delivering a better outcome to both our internal and external customers.
